Where are you located? We have two locations! Downtown (465 Meeting Street, Suite 150, Charleston, SC 29403) and Mt. Pleasant (1440 Ben Sawyer Boulevard, Suite 1503, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464).
Do you have parking? Yes! Our Downtown location is attached to a parking garage located off of Columbus Street or Line Street. There is also surrounding street parking. We do not validate parking. Our Mt. Pleasant location has free surrounding parking.
What class would you recommend for beginners? All of our classes are for all levels.
What is the sweatbox at your Downtown location? We have two infrared saunas, also known as the sweatbox. You're able to book the sweatbox through our app by purchasing drop ins and packages for the sweatbox.
