We will open up any spots to the waitlist 3 minutes before class. Please be on time! The spin room door closes 3 minutes after class starts.
Please leave your cell phone outside of the room. Want a selfie? Take it before or after class. Please turn your Apple Watch off for the ride.
Spin shoes are available to rent for $3.
The Works Cycle accepts credit/debit cards only. We cannot accept Cash or Venmo.
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note, if you do not cancel your class 8 hours prior to the class start time you will be charged for that class. If you are on ClassPass you will lose that credit for the class.
CANCELLATIONS
Single Class, Class Packages, and Unlimited Memberships:
You must cancel your class 8 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.
Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account.
If you late-cancel less than 8 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged for that class and it will be deducted from your account. If you have an unlimited pass you will be charged $25.
All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
NO-SHOWS
Single Class and Class Packages
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will lose that class. Unlimited passes will be charged $25.
Unlimited Memberships:
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $25 to your credit card on file.
All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships or Events.
Merchandise can be returned for studio credit up to one week after purchasing if unworn.
TRANSFERS:
All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Events are non-transferable.
All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.
AUTO-DRAFT MEMBERSHIPS:
Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis on the 1st of each month.
To cancel your membership, please contact us with a 30-day notice. There is a $50 cancellation fee.
To freeze your pass, please contact us with a 7-day notice. You will be charged a one time fee of $25 to freeze.
Memberships begin on the date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date in which you take your first class.
